Our Story

Our Director, James Austin, moved to Geneva from London to assist in setting up a Swiss office for a well-established international financial planning firm.

Following 5 successful years and gaining Swiss qualifications and FINMA regulation, James Austin decided to set up an independent firm covering both Swiss and international financial planning issues, thus creating Imperial Wealth Planning.

Our head office moved from Rüschlikon, Zürich, to Pfäffikon, Schwyz; one of Europe’s most densely populated areas for financial services, pension foundations and hedge funds.

During the Coronavirus pandemic, we pivoted form being a face to face advisor to become Switzerland’s first 100% online independent financial advisory firm. We have a fully digital process including telepresence meeting, digital financial plans and reports, and cloud-based file hosting and sharing for higher security. We are currently working on an App to bring all of your finances into one easy to reach, but secure, place.
